Guarantee Terms
The guarantee applies to New Website and Website Redesign services only.
1. Eligibility Period
The guarantee applies within 30 days of final delivery, provided the website has not been made publicly accessible to the public. Once the website is made publicly live, promoted, or actively used for business purposes, the guarantee ends.
2. What Qualifies
A refund may be requested if:

The delivered website significantly differs from the agreed written brief

The agreed scope of work has not been completed

A substantial issue has not been resolved after reasonable opportunity to correct it
I must be given the opportunity to address and resolve concerns before a refund is issued.
3. What Does Not Qualify
The guarantee does not apply if:

The brief or scope changes significantly after work has begun

Required content, assets, or feedback are not provided in a timely manner

You change your mind about design direction after approval stages

The website has been made publicly live or actively used for trading

Issues arise from third-party services (Wix plans, domains, email platforms, integrations, etc.)
4. Refund Process
To request a refund, you must:

Provide written notice within the 30-day period

Clearly explain how the project differs from the agreed scope
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days.
Partial refunds may be issued where part of the agreed work has been delivered satisfactorily.
